At Maine Pilates, we take care to understand your individual goals and objectives of your practice - whether in classes or private lessons. Our certified teachers always provide alternatives to movements so you can exercise and build on your practice in the way that works for you.
Our atmosphere supports Joseph Pilate's original intention by thoughtfully integrating the 6 Pilates Principles: Breathe, Flow, Centering, Concentration, Precision, and Control.
These are the principles that help us create a mindful workout experience unique to our studios and garner the best results for your body and mind.
Our Studio Locations
11 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, ME
We are located on the second floor in the ballroom. Our entrance is on the LEFT side of the building. Walk down the ally and up the steps under the BLUE awning.
PARKING
There is ample street parking on Pleasant Street or Main Street. Another option is the city municipality parking lot stretches from Town Hall Place to Abbey Road.
We are centrally located in Norway next to Ship Happens and across from The Victorian on Main Street.
PARKING
There is amply parking on Main Street or in our parking lot in front of the studio.
