  • INTRO TO MAT

    This beginner, open-level contemporary Pilates class is ideal for those new to Pilates or looking to complement their Reformer classes.

    In this class, you'll be introduced to the foundational principles of Pilates—from understanding key terminology to coordinating your breath with purposeful movements.

    As you progress, you'll build strength, enhance flexibility, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. 

    Please Note: Clients in their second or third trimester of pregnancy must obtain studio approval before attending. You must be comfortable lying on your back for up to 10 minutes at a time; pregnancy wedge pillows are available for support.

  • MAT (ALL LEVELS)

    This is an open-level contemporary Mat Pilates class is designed for those looking to challenge their practice with added props and deeper engagement.

    Whether you're seeking to refine your mat work or complement your Reformer training, this class will help build strength, flexibility, and control.

    You'll move through dynamic sequences that reinforce the foundational principles of Pilates—coordinating breath with movement, enhancing core stability, and improving overall body awareness.

    Variations and modifications will be provided, making it accessible for different experience levels while still offering a challenge to those looking to deepen their practice.

    Please Note: This class is not recommended if you have any injuries or body sensitivities such as: Heart Conditions, Arthritis, Osteoporosis/Osteopenia or other bone density issues, Pregnancy second or third trimester, Shoulder, Hip or Knee replacements, Sciatica, acute or severe Neck, Back, and/or Spinal pain or medical conditions.
