To be a part of the Maine Pilates team, you must be passionate about supporting individuals along their wellness journeys by being hyper-vigilant about form and breath, attentive, personable, and encouraging.
We require all our teachers to have a deep knowledge of anatomy, contraindications, and an intuitive understanding that each client is unique with a proven ability to address their needs.
Class structures must be infused with a blend of classical and creative exercises that will garner the best results and bolster Maine Pilates’ reputation for accessibility, effectiveness, and excellence.
