Planning a unique birthday party? Reconnecting with friends? Hosting a bachelorette party? Interested in a fitness class that everyone in your family can join? Focusing on a certain goals such as running a marathon or preparing for the ski/snowboard season? Reach out to us about creating a one time, daily, or weekly customized pilates, meditation, yoga or strength class according to your group's preferences and schedule. Prices range from $15 - $45 per person and include the use of the studio and all equipment. Additional fee may be applied to travel offsite.
Solo or Duo Private Training
Personal Private Pilates Sessions are perfect for someone who prefers a customized plan, recently completed a Physical Therapy program, is recovering from an injury, is pregnant or postpartum, is brand new to Pilates, or wants to practice or polish your form with an instructor before joining group classes. You get access to all the Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Mat, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and more. Set goals with your instructor, work toward them at your own pace, and on your own schedule. Prices range from $75 - $103 depending upon how many sessions are purchased.

We are located on the second floor in the ballroom. Our entrance is on the LEFT side of the building. Walk down the ally and up the steps under the BLUE awning.
PARKING
There is ample street parking on Pleasant Street or Main Street. Another option is the city municipality parking lot stretches from Town Hall Place to Abbey Road.
We are centrally located in Norway next to Ship Happens and across from The Victorian on Main Street.

There is amply parking on Main Street or in our parking lot in front of the studio.
